Payment Processing  

ReefBreeders.com offers several payment methods. Fee-less payments are available via Check, Zelle, or Venmo. Other payment methods incur a transaction fee, which is the exact amount Reef Breeders LLC is charged by the respective merchant to process the transaction. Transaction fees are displayed in the cart prior to checkout and are non-refundable.

Refund Policy  

Refunds are typically issued within 1-2 business days of a return arriving at our warehouse. Please keep in mind that it may take a few business days for the refund to post to your account. We can only issue a refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account that was used to complete the transaction. If an error was made by the customer when placing an order (ie incorrect address), please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and corrected information. We may be unable to correct an order after it has been shipped. Reef Breeders LLC is unable to issue refunds more than 30 days after items have been received. Our actual cost of shipping is deducted from any refund as well as restocking fees if the item is reconditioned/on clearance. Please refer to our warranty policy for more information on exchanges after the 30 day mark.
